2. Description of Service
ForexSynch provides a platform to synchronize, monitor, and analyze MetaTrader 4/5 accounts via Telegram. The Service relies on third-party broker connections and internet availability.
3. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that ForexSynch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
- Financial losses due to trade execution delays, software bugs, or broker connection errors.
- Unauthorized access to your data resulting from your failure to keep your Telegram account secure.
You use the Service at your own risk. Always verify your account status directly with your broker.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Refund Policy
Since ForexSynch offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (tokens/subscriptions), we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website.
6. Changes to Terms
ForexSynch reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
